THE EXAM COMMOTION
What is an exam?
Maybe, something that keeps reminding you that you are a student
and you are supposed to study. You just
fall head over heels into it and have no escape. What a turbulence, that moves your entire life
temporarily. It disturbs your rut
schedule, spoils your entertainment plans and leaves you devastated. Once exam arrives, it brings along a flood of
worries, exam worries, preparation worries, result worries, worries of all your
misfired plans and many more.
The real Everest
in a student’s life are the finicky exams. Whatever you do is just not enough
and there’s always scope of improvement. It’s a real mystery to track how it came, who
planned and scheduled them and most importantly what does an examiner
expects. The longevity of exams just
seems immortal and fritters you slowly. Many
also suffer from the incongruent feeling of accepting it.
The types of behaviour you get to see around this period of
time are variegated and thrilling. Most students
are perturbed about what to study, either because they know everything or
because everything is unconventional to them.
Others who partially know things can still find a way out. Even if the students need a break, teachers
and parents come around exasperating you to study and cajoling you to become an
elite.
Well that’s just a prevailing idea, not my opinion. I just love giving exams, the examination
hall, the silence and peace we get there writing and expressing to the best of
our knowledge without any external influence.
Every exam is like a new adventure, different from all the previous
ones. Although one cannot deny the fact
that it requires extra concentration and efforts from the casual days.
The most important
albeit strenuous task is to be positive and calm during exam times. Trustingly, it is the key to successful
examination planning and implementation. Exams are sine qua non and those who
are continuously into this heck are undoubtedly progressing incessantly.
