Love Colour

THE “LOVE” COLOUR

 

If you are asked “What is the true colour of love”, what would your answer be?  Most people would invariably say “RED”.  And what if you are further asked to justify your answer, how would you respond then ?  Why is red the colour of love?  Why not blue, green, black, yellow or brown?

The “red” colour signifies much more than love:

It's the colour of blood and of fire,  of compassion and of danger, of passion and of vigour,  of romance and of wrath, of desire and of anger, of attraction and of revenge.

Talking of the red expression, it depicts shame as well as anger.  Its the colour  for courage, willpower and determination.

Reverting to our question,  “why red is colour of love”.  Is it because we feel love from our hearts and heart is red?  Or you might have  many more notions of colouring love red.

In my opinion, it seems completely pointless to allot love a particular colour.  Love  is colourful.  It has some favourite, some good and some bad colour, each colour having its own grace.  When you love, you possibly don’t care about the consequences and the results.  You just do it.  In a very comparable manner you just can’t pick few colours of love of your choice.  Once you are in love, you have to value each of its colours and venture it.

Love is a worship.  Its  beautiful and worldly.  Love is courageous and powerful.  It cannot have hard and fast rules.  It's not important to love a partner of opposite sex.  The glory of love lies behind nature, places, memories, people, work, achievements, etc.  The only requirement is, to have an insight, to discover the love and affection bestowed by them.  

Counting up, love is itself an exclusive colour of life.  Everybody will see and experience it at some part of their lives.  So let love fill its own colour into your lives, and don’t assign a colour prior to your encounter with it.
