A more sensible teacher's day

Its said that when few of Sarvpalli Radhakrishnan's friends and students requested him to
celebrate his birthday , he replied that "if you really want to celebrate this day , celebrate it as a teacher's day".  His this statement proves his dedication and devotion towards his profession and duty.  Since, then India celebrates Teacher's Day on account of birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvpalli Radhakrishnan.
Many countries like China , Thailand , Iraq, Turkey , etc. also celebrate  a similar day in respect of  teacher's though at unique days of the year.

Presently, Teacher's day in our country is celebrated at various schools, institutions and universities. Official teacher's and professors are greeted and honoured.  But when i think deeply a question arises into my mind, are they only the one who teach or its because of this constitution who gives them the credit of being professional teachers. Although what i think is that its not important for a teacher to be well versed in any subject but to have the wisdom of sharing their knowledge perfectly.  And when i tried to glance at each and every single person that i meet in my everyday life,i realized that they were all a teacher to me.
Directly or indirectly they were all accountable for teaching small/big vital lessons of my life.

Everybody has the capability of lighting your lives a little more than before, including our mother nature. Its just that we all need a clear vision to see and feel that beacon light we have acquired from the next person.  As well as, its also our duty to extend these knowledge further.

And so, this time make a promise to yourselves that you would greet this  day to every person you know, and let them know how thankful you are to them.
